Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must first be approved. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Final sale / discounted items
All discounted items, including those purchased with a promotional code or during a sale, are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Instead, we offer store credit equal to the purchase amount.

By purchasing discounted items, you agree to accept store credit in place of a refund. No exceptions will be made.

Store credit
Once your return is approved, a coupon code will be issued to your email. This store credit has no expiration date and can be used on any future order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
